Refer to their earlier news disseminated by DSE on today i.e., 29.10.2026 regarding Dividend Declaration, the company has further informed the following: The Board of Directors has recommended 15% Cash & 5% Stock Dividend from its retained earnings for the year ended 30 June 2026. The declared dividend has not been recommended from capital reserve or revaluation reserve or any unrealized gain of the Company or through reducing the paid-up capital.
আজ অর্থাৎ ২৯.১০.২০২৬ তারিখে ডিএসই কর্তৃক প্রচারিত লভ্যাংশ ঘোষণা সংক্রান্ত পূর্ববর্তী সংবাদের পরিপ্রেক্ষিতে, কোম্পানিটি আরও নিম্নলিখিত তথ্য জানিয়েছে: পরিচালক পর্ষদ ৩০ জুন ২০২৬ তারিখে সমাপ্ত বছরের জন্য তাদের সংরক্ষিত আয় থেকে ১৫% নগদ এবং ৫% স্টক লভ্যাংশ প্রদানের সুপারিশ করেছে। ঘোষিত লভ্যাংশটি মূলধন সঞ্চিতি, পুনর্মূল্যায়ন সঞ্চিতি, কোম্পানির কোনো অবাস্তবায়িত লাভ অথবা পরিশোধিত মূলধন হ্রাস করে প্রদানের সুপারিশ করা হয়নি।
