The company has informed that the Board of Directors has resolved to increase the Authorized Share Capital of the Company from BDT 200 crore to BDT 300 crore divided into 20 crore Ordinary Shares of BDT 10 each and 10 crore Preference Shares of BDT 10 each, subject to the approval of the Shareholders and regulatory authorities. কোম্পানি জানিয়েছে যে, পরিচালনা পর্ষদ শেয়ারহোল্ডার এবং নিয়ন্ত্রক কর্তৃপক্ষের অনুমোদন সাপেক্ষে কোম্পানির অনুমোদিত শেয়ার মূলধন ২০০ কোটি টাকা থেকে বাড়িয়ে ৩০০ কোটি টাকা করার সিদ্ধান্ত নিয়েছে, যা প্রতিটি ১০ টাকা মূল্যের ২০ কোটি সাধারণ শেয়ার এবং প্রতিটি ১০ টাকা মূল্যের ১০ কোটি অগ্রাধিকার শেয়ারে বিভক্ত হবে। পর্ষদ আরও সিদ্ধান্ত নিয়েছে যে, ক্রমপুঞ্জীভূত, অংশগ্রহণবিহীন, ৫০% রূপান্তরযোগ্য এবং ৫০% পরিশোধযোগ্য অগ্রাধিকার শেয়ার প্রস্তাব ও ইস্যু করা হবে। (চলবে)
