Credit Rating Information and Services PLC (CRISL) has assigned the rating of the company as "A+" in the long term and "ST-3" in the short term along with Stable outlook in consideration of its audited financials up to June 30, 2026 and other relevant quantitative as well as qualitative information up to the date of rating declaration.

ক্রেডিট রেটিং ইনফরমেশন অ্যান্ড সার্ভিসেস পিএলসি (CRISL) ৩০ জুন, ২০২৬ পর্যন্ত কোম্পানির নিরীক্ষিত আর্থিক বিবরণী এবং রেটিং ঘোষণার তারিখ পর্যন্ত অন্যান্য প্রাসঙ্গিক পরিমাণগত ও গুণগত তথ্যের উপর ভিত্তি করে কোম্পানিটিকে দীর্ঘমেয়াদে "A+" এবং স্বল্পমেয়াদে "ST-3" রেটিং প্রদান করেছে এবং এর সাথে স্থিতিশীল দৃষ্টিভঙ্গি (Stable outlook) দিয়েছে।

There will be no price limit on the trading of the shares of the Company today (28.10.2026) following its corporate declaration.

The Board of Directors has recommended 10% Cash Dividend for the year ended June 30, 2026. Date of AGM: 08.02.2027, Time and Venue: To be declared later by the Notice in the stipulated time. Record Date: 07.12.2026. The Company has also reported EPS of Tk. 8.26, NAV per share of Tk. 9.64 and NOCFPS of Tk. 0.26 for the year ended June 30, 2026 as against EPS of Tk. (12.32), NAV per share of Tk. 1.38 and NOCFPS of Tk. (3.56) for the year ended June 30, 2025.
