As per Regulation 17(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing of Small Capital Companies) Regulations, 2019, the Company has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on October 28, 2026 at 3:00 PM to consider, among others, audited financial statements of the Company for the year ended June 30, 2026.

ঢাকা স্টক এক্সচেঞ্জ (ক্ষুদ্র মূলধনী কোম্পানি তালিকাভুক্তি) প্রবিধানমালা, ২০১৯-এর ধারা ১৭(১) অনুসারে, কোম্পানি জানিয়েছে যে, অন্যান্য বিষয়ের মধ্যে ৩০ জুন, ২০২৬ তারিখে সমাপ্ত বছরের জন্য কোম্পানির নিরীক্ষিত আর্থিক বিবরণী বিবেচনার জন্য ২৮ অক্টোবর, ২০২৬ তারিখে বিকাল ৩:০০ ঘটিকায় পরিচালক পর্ষদের একটি সভা অনুষ্ঠিত হবে।

The Company has informed that the Board of Directors has approved that Director Mrs. Effat Rashid will additionally act as Acting Chairman of the Board of Directors of the company.

কোম্পানি জানিয়েছে যে, পরিচালনা পর্ষদ অনুমোদন করেছে যে, পরিচালক মিসেস ইফফাত রশিদ কোম্পানির পরিচালনা পর্ষদের অতিরিক্ত ভারপ্রাপ্ত চেয়ারম্যান হিসেবে দায়িত্ব পালন করবেন।

(Cont. News of APEXWEAV): If they are able to collect necessary fund in this period, they will re-connect Gas & Electricity line, Re-open & Re-start Factory Production before the end of Lay-off time by the decision of the board of Directors of the Company. (end)
