Referring to the earlier news of the company disseminated on 02.03.2026, the company has further informed that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company, which was scheduled to be held on 15 April 2026 at 11:00 a.m. through a virtual platform, has been postponed due to unavoidable circumstances.
০২.০৩.২০২৬ তারিখে প্রচারিত কোম্পানির পূর্ববর্তী সংবাদের উল্লেখ করে, কোম্পানি আরও জানিয়েছে যে, কোম্পানির বার্ষিক সাধারণ সভা (এজিএম), যা ১৫ এপ্রিল ২০২৬ তারিখে সকাল ১১:০০ টায় ভার্চুয়াল প্ল্যাটফর্মের মাধ্যমে অনুষ্ঠিত হওয়ার কথা ছিল, তা অনিবার্য কারণবশত স্থগিত করা হয়েছে।
ARAMIT
The company has informed that a Receiver has been appointed in the company pursuant to an order passed by the Hon'ble Metropolitan Senior Special Judge Court, Dhaka. The Receiver has been appointed for the purpose of ensuring proper control, management, supervision, and protection of the Company's property and assets. The appointed Receiver has already assumed charge and is performing duties in accordance with the directions and conditions set forth in the said Court Order.
কোম্পানি জানিয়েছে যে, ঢাকার মাননীয় মেট্রোপলিটন সিনিয়র স্পেশাল জজ আদালতের একটি আদেশ অনুসারে কোম্পানিতে একজন রিসিভার নিয়োগ করা হয়েছে। কোম্পানির সম্পত্তি ও সম্পদের যথাযথ নিয়ন্ত্রণ, ব্যবস্থাপনা, তত্ত্বাবধান এবং সুরক্ষা নিশ্চিত করার উদ্দেশ্যে এই রিসিভার নিয়োগ করা হয়েছে। নিযুক্ত রিসিভার ইতোমধ্যে দায়িত্ব গ্রহণ করেছেন এবং উক্ত আদালতের আদেশে নির্ধারিত নির্দেশনা ও শর্তাবলী অনুসারে কর্তব্য পালন করছেন।

Refer to their earlier news disseminated by DSE on 01.01.2026 regarding Dividend Declaration, the company has further informed that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the company has been rescheduled to be held on April 15, 2026 at 11:00 AM through virtual platform instead of earlier declared March 04, 2026.
