This is for information of all concerned that, as per letter No. BGIC/TRUSTEE/2024-800 dated November 11, 2025 from Bangladesh General lnsurance Company, the Board of Directors of DSE in its 1110th meeting held on March 05, 2026 decided to de-list the units of Asian Tiger Sandhani Life Growth Fund from the bourse. The effective date of de-listing of units of Asian Tiger Sandhani Life Growth Fund will be March 16, 2026.

সংশ্লিষ্ট সকলের অবগতির জন্য জানানো যাচ্ছে যে, বাংলাদেশ জেনারেল ইন্স্যুরেন্স কোম্পানির ১১ নভেম্বর, ২০২৫ তারিখের চিঠি নং BGIC/TRUSTEE/2024-800 অনুসারে, ডিএসইর পরিচালনা পর্ষদ ৫ মার্চ, ২০২৬ তারিখে অনুষ্ঠিত তাদের ১১১০তম সভায় এশিয়ান টাইগার সন্ধানী লাইফ গ্রোথ ফান্ডের ইউনিটগুলিকে শেয়ারবাজার থেকে বাদ দেওয়ার সিদ্ধান্ত নিয়েছে। এশিয়ান টাইগার সন্ধানী লাইফ গ্রোথ ফান্ডের ইউনিটগুলিকে তালিকাভুক্ত করার কার্যকর তারিখ হবে ১৬ মার্চ, ২০২৬।

Bangladesh General Insurance Company (BGIC) PLC as the Trustee of AsianTiger Sandhani Life Growth Fund has informed that the proceeds on winding up of the Fund have been disbursed to the Unitholders on October 13, 2025 to their respective Bank Accounts through BEFTN as per CDBL record. All unitholders are hereby informed that taxes applicable, if any, on the disbursements made shall be their own responsibility.

এশিয়ানটাইগার সন্ধানী লাইফ গ্রোথ ফান্ডের ট্রাস্টি হিসেবে বাংলাদেশ জেনারেল ইন্স্যুরেন্স কোম্পানি (বিজিআইসি) পিএলসি জানিয়েছে যে, তহবিল বন্ধের অর্থ সিডিবিএল রেকর্ড অনুসারে ১৩ অক্টোবর, ২০২৫ তারিখে ইউনিটহোল্ডারদের তাদের নিজ নিজ ব্যাংক অ্যাকাউন্টে বিইএফটিএন-এর মাধ্যমে বিতরণ করা হয়েছে। সকল ইউনিটহোল্ডারদের এতদ্বারা অবহিত করা হচ্ছে যে, বিতরণের উপর প্রযোজ্য কর, যদি থাকে, তাদের নিজস্ব দায়িত্ব থাকবে।

The Trustee of the fund has informed that Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission vide a letter dated September 18, 2025, has approved the Audited Financial Statements, Valuation Report along with Winding up Report of Asian Tiger Sandhani Life Growth Fund. As per the valuation report, the Net Asset Value per Unit is Tk. 8.055.

তহবিলের ট্রাস্টি জানিয়েছেন যে বাংলাদেশ সিকিউরিটিজ অ্যান্ড এক্সচেঞ্জ কমিশন ১৮ সেপ্টেম্বর, ২০২৫ তারিখের একটি চিঠির মাধ্যমে এশিয়ান টাইগার সন্ধানী লাইফ গ্রোথ ফান্ডের নিরীক্ষিত আর্থিক বিবৃতি, মূল্যায়ন প্রতিবেদন এবং সমাপনী প্রতিবেদন অনুমোদন করেছে। মূল্যায়ন প্রতিবেদন অনুসারে, প্রতি ইউনিটের নেট সম্পদ মূল্য ৮.০৫৫ টাকা।
