The Company has further informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company as per Regulation 16(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, will be held on July 27, 2026 at 3:30 pm instead of earlier declared July 29, 2026 at 3:30 pm to consider, among others, Un-Audited Financial Statements for the Second Quarter (Q2) period ended June 30, 2026.

কোম্পানি আরও জানিয়েছে যে, ঢাকা স্টক এক্সচেঞ্জ (লিস্টিং) রেগুলেশন, ২০১৫-এর রেগুলেশন 16(1) অনুযায়ী কোম্পানির পরিচালনা পর্ষদের সভা পূর্বে ঘোষিত ২৯ জুলাই, ২০২৬ বিকাল ৩:৩০ মিনিটের পরিবর্তে ২৭ জুলাই, ২০২৬ বিকাল ৩:৩০ মিনিটে অনুষ্ঠিত হবে এবং এই সভায় অন্যান্য বিষয়ের মধ্যে ৩০ জুন, ২০২৬ তারিখে সমাপ্ত দ্বিতীয় ত্রৈমাসিক (Q2) সময়ের অনিরীক্ষিত আর্থিক বিবরণী বিবেচনা করা হবে।

As per Regulation 16(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, the Company has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on July 29, 2026 at 3:30 pm to consider, among others, Un-Audited Financial Statements for the Second Quarter (Q2) period ended June 30, 2026.

ঢাকা স্টক এক্সচেঞ্জ (লিস্টিং) রেগুলেশন, 2015 এর রেগুলেশন 16(1) অনুসারে, কোম্পানি জানিয়েছে যে 30 জুন, 2026 তারিখে সমাপ্ত দ্বিতীয় ত্রৈমাসিক (Q2) সময়ের অনিরীক্ষিত আর্থিক বিবরণী বিবেচনার জন্য 29 জুলাই, 2026 তারিখে বিকাল 3:30 মিনিটে পরিচালক পর্ষদের একটি সভা অনুষ্ঠিত হবে।

Refer to their earlier news disseminated by DSE on 02.07.2026 regarding dividend declaration, the company has further informed that due to unavoidable circumstances, the schedule of the AGM has been revised and brought forward. The AGM will now be held on September 10, 2026 at 11:00 AM instead of the previously announced date of September 27, 2026 at 11: 00 PM. All other information relating to the AGM shall remain unchanged.

ডিএসই কর্তৃক ০২.০৭.২০২৬ তারিখে লভ্যাংশ ঘোষণা সংক্রান্ত তাদের পূর্ববর্তী সংবাদের পরিপ্রেক্ষিতে, কোম্পানি আরও জানিয়েছে যে, অনিবার্য কারণবশত এজিএম-এর সময়সূচী সংশোধন করে এগিয়ে আনা হয়েছে। পূর্বে ঘোষিত ২৭শে সেপ্টেম্বর, ২০২৬, রাত ১১:০০ টার পরিবর্তে এজিএমটি এখন ১০ই সেপ্টেম্বর, ২০২৬, সকাল ১১:০০ টায় অনুষ্ঠিত হবে। এজিএম সম্পর্কিত অন্যান্য সমস্ত তথ্য অপরিবর্তিত থাকবে।
