২৬ ডিসেম্বর, ২০২১ তারিখের BSEC নির্দেশিকা নং BSEC/CMRRCD/2009-193/32 অনুসারে, আজ অর্থাৎ ৪ জানুয়ারী, ২০২৬ থেকে স্টক ব্রোকার এবং মার্চেন্ট ব্যাংকারদের বিচ হ্যাচারি লিমিটেডের সিকিউরিটিজ ক্রয়ের জন্য ঋণ সুবিধা প্রদান থেকে বিরত থাকার জন্য অনুরোধ করা হচ্ছে।

The Company has been placed in 'Z' category from existing 'A' category with effect from today i.e., January 04, 2026 according to provision 1(b) of BSEC Directive No. BSEC/CMRRCD/2009-193/77 dated May 20, 2024 regarding non holding of Annual General Meeting (AGM) within the stipulated time frame.
নির্ধারিত সময়সীমার মধ্যে বার্ষিক সাধারণ সভা (AGM) না করার বিষয়ে BSEC নির্দেশিকা নং BSEC/CMRRCD/2009-193/77 তারিখের 20 মে, 2024 এর বিধান 1(b) অনুসারে, আজ অর্থাৎ 04 জানুয়ারী, 2026 থেকে কোম্পানিটিকে বিদ্যমান 'A' বিভাগ থেকে 'Z' বিভাগে রাখা হয়েছে।

(Q3 Un-audited): The company has informed that EPS increased significantly due to the successful introduction of a variety of White fish fingerlings. Being the only white fish hatchery in Cox's Bazar district, demand is plentiful for their fingerlings. Also, the company were able to significantly reduce feed cost, as they are making 60% of their own feed. This positively affected their bottom line and hence, increased the EPS.
(Q3 অ-নিরীক্ষিত): কোম্পানি জানিয়েছে যে বিভিন্ন ধরণের সাদা মাছের ছানা সফলভাবে প্রবর্তনের কারণে EPS উল্লেখযোগ্যভাবে বৃদ্ধি পেয়েছে। কক্সবাজার জেলার একমাত্র সাদা মাছের হ্যাচারি হওয়ায়, তাদের ছানার চাহিদা প্রচুর। এছাড়াও, কোম্পানিটি তাদের নিজস্ব খাদ্যের 60% তৈরি করার কারণে খাদ্য খরচ উল্লেখযোগ্যভাবে হ্রাস করতে সক্ষম হয়েছে। এটি তাদের উৎপাদন লাইনের উপর ইতিবাচক প্রভাব ফেলেছে এবং ফলস্বরূপ, EPS বৃদ্ধি পেয়েছে।
