Trading of City Bank Perpetual Bond will be allowed only in the Spot Market and Block transaction will also be settled as per spot settlement cycle with cum benefit 12.08.2026 to 13.08.2026 and trading of the Bond will remain suspended on record date i.e., 16.08.2026.

সিটি ব্যাংক পারপেচুয়াল বন্ডের ট্রেডিং শুধুমাত্র স্পট মার্কেটে করার অনুমতি দেওয়া হবে এবং ব্লক লেনদেনও ১২.০৮.২০২৬ থেকে ১৩.০৮.২০২৬ পর্যন্ত সুবিধাসহ স্পট সেটেলমেন্ট চক্র অনুযায়ী নিষ্পত্তি করা হবে এবং রেকর্ড তারিখ অর্থাৎ ১৬.০৮.২০২৬-এ বন্ডটির ট্রেডিং স্থগিত থাকবে।

City Bank PLC., issuer of City Bank Perpetual Bond has informed that Record Date for the bond will be on August 16, 2026 for entitlement of coupon payments to be made on September 01, 2026 for the period from March 01, 2026 to August 31, 2026. Holders of the units of the bond at the end of the business day August 16, 2026 will be eligible to receive the full semi-annual coupon payments on September 01, 2026 at the rate of 10.00% p.a.

সিটি ব্যাংক পারপেচুয়াল বন্ডের ইস্যুকারী সিটি ব্যাংক পিএলসি জানিয়েছে যে, ০১ মার্চ, ২০২৬ থেকে ৩১ আগস্ট, ২০২৬ পর্যন্ত সময়কালের জন্য ০১ সেপ্টেম্বর, ২০২৬ তারিখে প্রদেয় কুপন পেমেন্ট পাওয়ার যোগ্যতার জন্য বন্ডটির রেকর্ড ডেট হবে ১৬ আগস্ট, ২০২৬। ১৬ আগস্ট, ২০২৬ তারিখের কার্যদিবস শেষে বন্ডের ইউনিটধারীরা ০১ সেপ্টেম্বর, ২০২৬ তারিখে বার্ষিক ১০.০০% হারে সম্পূর্ণ অর্ধ-বার্ষিক কুপন পেমেন্ট পাওয়ার যোগ্য হবেন।

City Bank PLC., the Issuer of City Bank Perpetual Bond, has informed that a meeting of the Trustee of City Bank Perpetual Bond will be held on July 23, 2026 at 3:00 PM to declare Record Date for the coupon payment to be made on September 01, 2026.
