The company has informed that, in view of the Company's strategic objectives and to meet its immediate financial obligations, the Board of Directors of Confidence Cement PLC (the Company) has considered and approved the proposal to sell and transfer its entire shareholding in Confidence Batteries Limited, comprising 10,314,500 (One Crore Three Lac Fourteen Thousand Five Hundred) Ordinary Shares of Tk. 10.00 (Ten) each, to Confidence Infrastructure PLC.
