Credit Rating Information and Services PLC (CRISL) has assigned the rating of the Company as "CRISL Me-3" in the long term along with Stable outlook in consideration of its audited financials up to June 30, 2025 and other relevant quantitative as well as qualitative information up to the date of rating declaration.

ক্রেডিট রেটিং ইনফরমেশন অ্যান্ড সার্ভিসেস পিএলসি (CRISL) ৩০ জুন, ২০২৫ পর্যন্ত কোম্পানির নিরীক্ষিত আর্থিক বিবরণী এবং রেটিং ঘোষণার তারিখ পর্যন্ত অন্যান্য প্রাসঙ্গিক পরিমাণগত ও গুণগত তথ্যের উপর ভিত্তি করে কোম্পানিটিকে দীর্ঘমেয়াদে "CRISL Me-3" রেটিং এবং স্থিতিশীল দৃষ্টিভঙ্গি (Stable outlook) প্রদান করেছে।

Dhaka Stock Exchange PLC. (DSE) has approved the proposed name change of the Company. Accordingly, the name of the Company will be 'Craftsman Footwear and Accessories PLC.' instead of 'Craftsman Footwear and Accessories Limited' with effect from July 16, 2026. Other information (except name) will remain unchanged.

ঢাকা স্টক এক্সচেঞ্জ পিএলসি (ডিএসই) কোম্পানির প্রস্তাবিত নাম পরিবর্তন অনুমোদন করেছে। তদনুসারে, আগামী ১৬ জুলাই, ২০২৬ তারিখ থেকে কোম্পানির নাম 'ক্রাফটসম্যান ফুটওয়্যার অ্যান্ড অ্যাকসেসরিজ লিমিটেড'-এর পরিবর্তে 'ক্রাফটসম্যান ফুটওয়্যার অ্যান্ড অ্যাকসেসরিজ পিএলসি' হবে। নাম ব্যতীত অন্যান্য তথ্য অপরিবর্তিত থাকবে।
