The company has informed that, the Company's previously announced proposal for the issuance of Rights Shares was discussed and reviewed at the Board of Directors meeting held on 24 October 2026. Upon due consideration of the prevailing capital market conditions and the interests of the Company and its general shareholders, the Board of Directors decided to keep the proposed Rights Share Issue on hold for the time being. (Cont. News of GPHISPAT): As part of the audit procedures, confirmations were requested from the respective organizations/parties for certain balances with third parties. Confirmations were received from a limited number of parties up to the date of the auditor's report. The remaining balances have been considered based on the books of account and the supporting documents made available to the auditor. Our opinion is not modified in respect of this matter. (end)
