Credit Rating Agency of Bangladesh Limited (CRAB) has assigned Surveillance entity rating of the Company as "BBB3(Lr)" in the long term along with Stable outlook based on audited financial statements (FYE 30/06/2025, 30/06/2024, 30/06/2023) and other relevant quantitative and qualitative information up to the date of rating declaration.

In response to the DSE query dated May 24, 2026, the company has informed that there is no undisclosed price sensitive information of the company for recent unusual price hike and increase in volume of shares.
