The issuer of the IBBL Mudaraba Perpetual Bond has informed that it has disbursed the profit of the bond for the year ended December 31, 2025 to the respective bondholders.
আইবিবিএল মুদারাবা পারপেচুয়াল বন্ডের ইস্যুকারী জানিয়েছে যে, তারা ৩১ ডিসেম্বর, ২০২৫ তারিখে সমাপ্ত বছরের জন্য বন্ডের মুনাফা সংশ্লিষ্ট বন্ডধারীদেরকে প্রদান করেছে।
Refer to their news disseminated by DSE on 13.05.2026 regarding revised date of profit distribution, the Trustee of the Bond has further informed that revised date of 43rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) is 16th September, 2026 at 10.00 A.M. instead of 28th June, 2026 due to unavoidable circumstances subject to approval of Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC). Profit distribution to MPB (IBBLPBOND) holders within 30 (Thirty) days from holding of 43rd Annual General Meeting of IBBPLC.
মুনাফা বণ্টনের সংশোধিত তারিখ সংক্রান্ত বিষয়ে ডিএসই কর্তৃক ১৩.০৫.২০২৬ তারিখে প্রচারিত সংবাদের পরিপ্রেক্ষিতে, বন্ডের ট্রাস্টি আরও জানিয়েছেন যে, বাংলাদেশ সিকিউরিটিজ অ্যান্ড এক্সচেঞ্জ কমিশন (বিএসইসি)-এর অনুমোদন সাপেক্ষে অনিবার্য কারণবশত ৪৩তম বার্ষিক সাধারণ সভা (এজিএম)-এর সংশোধিত তারিখ ২৮শে জুন, ২০২৬-এর পরিবর্তে ১৬ই সেপ্টেম্বর, ২০২৬ সকাল ১০.০০টা। আইবিবিপিএলসি-এর ৪৩তম বার্ষিক সাধারণ সভা অনুষ্ঠিত হওয়ার ৩০ (ত্রিশ) দিনের মধ্যে এমপিবি (আইবিবিএলপি বন্ড) হোল্ডারদের মুনাফা বণ্টন করা হবে।
