In response to a DSE query letter to the company regarding a news published in the online news titled "Decision to appoint administrators in five financial institutions (translated from Bengali to English)" on June 15, 2026, the company has informed that they didn't get any written instruction or order from Bangladesh Bank about the mentioned issue in news published.

২০২৬ সালের ১৫ই জুন তারিখে 'পাঁচটি আর্থিক প্রতিষ্ঠানে প্রশাসক নিয়োগের সিদ্ধান্ত (বাংলা থেকে ইংরেজিতে অনূদিত)' শিরোনামে অনলাইন সংবাদপত্রে প্রকাশিত একটি সংবাদ প্রসঙ্গে ডিএসই-এর পক্ষ থেকে কোম্পানিকে পাঠানো এক জিজ্ঞাসাপত্রের জবাবে কোম্পানিটি জানিয়েছে যে, প্রকাশিত সংবাদে উল্লিখিত বিষয়টি সম্পর্কে তারা বাংলাদেশ ব্যাংকের কাছ থেকে কোনো লিখিত নির্দেশনা বা আদেশ পায়নি।

Refer to their earlier news disseminated by DSE on 13.05.2026. In this respect, the company in response to DSE's query has informed that they didn't get any written instruction or order from Bangladesh Bank about the mentioned issue in news published.

১৩.০৫.২০২৬ তারিখে ডিএসই কর্তৃক প্রচারিত তাদের পূর্ববর্তী সংবাদটি দেখুন। এ প্রসঙ্গে, ডিএসই-এর জিজ্ঞাসার জবাবে কোম্পানিটি জানিয়েছে যে, প্রকাশিত সংবাদে উল্লিখিত বিষয়টি সম্পর্কে তারা বাংলাদেশ ব্যাংকের কাছ থেকে কোনো লিখিত নির্দেশনা বা আদেশ পায়নি।

DSE has issued a query letter to the company regarding online news published in the "https://www.newagebd.net" titled "BB decides to liquidate five NBFIs by July" on May 13, 2026. DSE is yet to receive any response from the company in this regard.
