The company has informed that Bangladesh Bank has accorded its in principle permission to the Company to initiate Islamic Shariah based Financing Business through an 'Islamic Finance Wing' subject to fulfilment of the stipulated terms and conditions. The Company has informed that it has credited the Bonus Shares to the respective shareholders' BO Accounts and it has also disbursed the Cash Dividend to the respective shareholders for the year ended December 31, 2025.
