কোম্পানি জানিয়েছে যে, পরিচালনা পর্ষদ ২৫ জুন, ২০২৬ তারিখে অনুষ্ঠিত তার ৩৭৮তম সভায় সিদ্ধান্ত নিয়েছে যে, নির্বাহী ভাইস প্রেসিডেন্ট (জ্যেষ্ঠতম কর্মচারী) জনাব মো. তৌফিকুল হাকিম ০১ আগস্ট, ২০২৬ তারিখ থেকে নতুন ব্যবস্থাপনা পরিচালক নিয়োগ না হওয়া পর্যন্ত ব্যবস্থাপনা পরিচালকের বর্তমান দায়িত্বে অধিষ্ঠিত থাকবেন।
Trading of the shares of the company will be allowed only in the Spot Market and Block transaction will also be settled as per spot settlement cycle from 03.08.2026 to 06.08.2026 and trading of the shares will remain suspended on record date i.e., 09.08.2026.
কোম্পানির শেয়ারের লেনদেন শুধুমাত্র স্পট মার্কেটে করার অনুমতি দেওয়া হবে এবং ০৩.০৮.২০২৬ থেকে ০৬.০৮.২০২৬ পর্যন্ত স্পট সেটেলমেন্ট চক্র অনুযায়ী ব্লক লেনদেনও নিষ্পত্তি করা হবে। রেকর্ড তারিখ অর্থাৎ ০৯.০৮.২০২৬-এ শেয়ারের লেনদেন স্থগিত থাকবে।
