As per Regulation 19(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, the Company has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on November 08, 2026 at 3:00 PM to consider, among others, annual audited financial statements of the Company for the year ended June 30, 2026.

Dhaka Stock Exchange PLC. (DSE) has approved the proposed name change of the Company. Accordingly, the name of the Company will be 'Jamuna Oil PLC.' instead of 'Jamuna Oil Company Limited' with effect from June 30, 2026. Other information (except name) will remain unchanged.
ঢাকা স্টক এক্সচেঞ্জ পিএলসি (ডিএসই) কোম্পানিটির প্রস্তাবিত নাম পরিবর্তন অনুমোদন করেছে। তদনুসারে, আগামী ৩০ জুন, ২০২৬ তারিখ থেকে কোম্পানিটির নাম 'যমুনা অয়েল কোম্পানি লিমিটেড'-এর পরিবর্তে 'যমুনা অয়েল পিএলসি' হবে। নাম ব্যতীত অন্যান্য তথ্য অপরিবর্তিত থাকবে।

The company has informed that with reference to the letter dated 20.05.2026 of EMRD (Energy and Mineral Resources Division) and the letter dated 21.05.2026 of Bangladesh Petroleum Corporation, Mr. Azizur Rashid has been appointed as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the company.
