Credit Rating Information and Services Limited (CRISL) has assigned the company as "BB" in the long term and "ST-6" in the short term along with Developing outlook in consideration of its audited financials up to June 30, 2025 also unaudited financials up to March 31, 2026 and other relevant quantitative as well as qualitative information up to the date of rating declaration.

In response to the DSE query dated July 28, 2026, the company has informed that there is no undisclosed price sensitive information of the company for recent unusual price hike and increase in trading volume of shares.

২০২৬ সালের ২৮শে জুলাই তারিখের ডিএসই-র জিজ্ঞাসার জবাবে কোম্পানিটি জানিয়েছে যে, শেয়ারের সাম্প্রতিক অস্বাভাবিক মূল্যবৃদ্ধি এবং লেনদেনের পরিমাণ বৃদ্ধির পেছনে কোম্পানির এমন কোনো অপ্রকাশিত মূল্য-সংবেদনশীল তথ্য নেই।

This is for the information of all concerned that DSE sent a query letter regarding unusual hike in price and trading volume of shares to Lub-rref (Bangladesh) Limited on July 28, 2026. However, the company has not provided any response yet.
