As per Regulation 17(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing of Small Capital Companies) Regulations, 2019, the Company has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on October 27, 2026 at 3:30 PM to consider, among others, audited financial statements of the Company for the year ended June 30, 2026.

ঢাকা স্টক এক্সচেঞ্জ (ক্ষুদ্র মূলধনী কোম্পানি তালিকাভুক্তি) প্রবিধানমালা, ২০১৯-এর ধারা ১৭(১) অনুসারে, কোম্পানি জানিয়েছে যে, অন্যান্য বিষয়ের মধ্যে ৩০ জুন, ২০২৬ তারিখে সমাপ্ত বছরের জন্য কোম্পানির নিরীক্ষিত আর্থিক বিবরণী বিবেচনার জন্য ২৭ অক্টোবর, ২০২৬ তারিখে বিকাল ৩:৩০ মিনিটে পরিচালক পর্ষদের একটি সভা অনুষ্ঠিত হবে।

The Company did not submit the Dividend Distribution Compliance Report duly as per Regulation 27 of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing of Small Capital Companies) Regulations, 2019 in connection with disbursement of the declared dividend for the year ended June 30, 2025. Dhaka Stock Exchange PLC. (DSE) has issued a query letter to the company in this regard.

৩০ জুন, ২০২৫ তারিখে সমাপ্ত বছরের জন্য ঘোষিত লভ্যাংশ বিতরণের ক্ষেত্রে ঢাকা স্টক এক্সচেঞ্জ (ক্ষুদ্র মূলধনী কোম্পানির তালিকাভুক্তি) প্রবিধান, ২০১৯ এর ২৭ নং প্রবিধান অনুসারে কোম্পানিটি লভ্যাংশ বিতরণ সম্মতি প্রতিবেদন যথাযথভাবে জমা দেয়নি। ঢাকা স্টক এক্সচেঞ্জ পিএলসি (ডিএসই) এই বিষয়ে কোম্পানিকে একটি প্রশ্নপত্র জারি করেছে।

Trading of the shares of the company will resume on 26.11.2025.

কোম্পানির শেয়ারের লেনদেন ২৬.১১.২০২৫ তারিখে পুনরায় শুরু হবে।
