As per Regulation 16(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, the Company has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on August 10, 2026 at 3:00 pm to consider, among others, Un-Audited Financial Statements for the First Quarter (Q1) period ended March 31, 2026 and Second Quarter (Q2) period ended June 30, 2026.

ঢাকা স্টক এক্সচেঞ্জ (লিস্টিং) রেগুলেশন, 2015 এর রেগুলেশন 16(1) অনুসারে, কোম্পানি জানিয়েছে যে পরিচালনা পর্ষদের একটি সভা 10 আগস্ট, 2026 তারিখে বিকাল 3:00 টায় অনুষ্ঠিত হবে, যেখানে অন্যান্য বিষয়ের মধ্যে 31 মার্চ, 2026 তারিখে সমাপ্ত প্রথম ত্রৈমাসিক (Q1) এবং 30 জুন, 2026 তারিখে সমাপ্ত দ্বিতীয় ত্রৈমাসিক (Q2) এর অনিরীক্ষিত আর্থিক বিবরণী বিবেচনা করা হবে।

As per Regulation 19(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, the Company has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on August 10, 2026 at 3:00 PM to consider, among others, audited financial statements of the Company for the year ended December 31, 2025.

ঢাকা স্টক এক্সচেঞ্জ (লিস্টিং) রেগুলেশন, 2015 এর 19(1) ধারা অনুসারে, কোম্পানি জানিয়েছে যে 31 ডিসেম্বর, 2025 তারিখে সমাপ্ত বছরের জন্য কোম্পানির নিরীক্ষিত আর্থিক বিবরণী বিবেচনার জন্য 10 আগস্ট, 2026 তারিখে বিকাল 3:00 টায় পরিচালক পর্ষদের একটি সভা অনুষ্ঠিত হবে।

The company has informed that the Board of Directors has elected Mr. Ahmed Ataul Hakeem, FCMA as the Chairman in the Board of the company.

কোম্পানির পক্ষ থেকে জানানো হয়েছে যে পরিচালনা পর্ষদ জনাব আহমেদ আতাউল হাকিম, এফসিএমএ-কে কোম্পানির বোর্ডের চেয়ারম্যান হিসেবে নির্বাচিত করেছে।
