(Q3 Un-audited): The Company informed that due to suspension of factory operation, the Earnings Per Share and Net Operating Cash Flow Per share were null. The company has further informed that it is not possible to disclose the Net Asset value (NAV) of the Company before a final report of the enquiry committee recommended by BSEC has been submitted.

(তৃতীয় ত্রৈমাসিক অনিরীক্ষিত): কোম্পানি জানিয়েছে যে, কারখানার কার্যক্রম স্থগিত থাকার কারণে শেয়ার প্রতি আয় (Earnings Per Share) এবং শেয়ার প্রতি নিট পরিচালন নগদ প্রবাহ (Net Operating Cash Flow Per share) শূন্য ছিল। কোম্পানি আরও জানিয়েছে যে, বিএসইসি (BSEC) কর্তৃক সুপারিশকৃত তদন্ত কমিটির চূড়ান্ত প্রতিবেদন জমা দেওয়ার আগে কোম্পানির নিট সম্পদ মূল্য (NAV) প্রকাশ করা সম্ভব নয়।

As per Regulation 16(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, the Company has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on April 29, 2026 at 2:30 pm to consider, among others, Un-Audited Financial Statements for the Third Quarter (Q3) period ended March 31, 2026.

ঢাকা স্টক এক্সচেঞ্জ (লিস্টিং) রেগুলেশন, 2015 এর রেগুলেশন 16(1) অনুসারে, কোম্পানি জানিয়েছে যে 31 মার্চ, 2026 তারিখে সমাপ্ত তৃতীয় ত্রৈমাসিক (Q3) সময়ের অনিরীক্ষিত আর্থিক বিবরণী বিবেচনার জন্য 29 এপ্রিল, 2026 তারিখে বিকাল 2:30 টায় পরিচালক পর্ষদের একটি সভা অনুষ্ঠিত হবে।

(Continuation news of MITHUNKNIT): The company has also mentioned that CEPZ terminated the lease agreement with MKDL which is in effect from 26.02.2019 and informed company management regarding the auction notice of the Non-current assets of the company through a notice dated 16.09.2021. It is not possible to disclose the net asset value (NAV) of the company before a final report of the enquiry committee recommended by BSEC has been submitted. (end)
