As per Regulation 17(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing of Small Capital Companies) Regulations, 2019, the Company has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on October 28, 2026 at 3:30 PM to consider, among others, annual audited financial statements of the Company for the year ended June 30, 2026.

ঢাকা স্টক এক্সচেঞ্জ (ক্ষুদ্র মূলধনী কোম্পানি তালিকাভুক্তি) প্রবিধানমালা, ২০১৯-এর ধারা ১৭(১) অনুসারে, কোম্পানি জানিয়েছে যে, অন্যান্য বিষয়ের মধ্যে ৩০ জুন, ২০২৬ তারিখে সমাপ্ত বছরের জন্য কোম্পানির বার্ষিক নিরীক্ষিত আর্থিক বিবরণী বিবেচনার জন্য ২৮ অক্টোবর, ২০২৬ তারিখে বিকাল ৩:৩০ মিনিটে পরিচালক পর্ষদের একটি সভা অনুষ্ঠিত হবে।

Referring to the earlier news of the company disseminated today i.e., April 07, 2026, it is to be further noted that the company has submitted copy of the agreement to the Exchange.

আজ অর্থাৎ ০৭ এপ্রিল, ২০২৬ তারিখে প্রচারিত কোম্পানির পূর্ববর্তী সংবাদের পরিপ্রেক্ষিতে আরও উল্লেখ্য যে, কোম্পানিটি চুক্তিপত্রের একটি অনুলিপি এক্সচেঞ্জে জমা দিয়েছে।
