As per Regulation 17(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing of Small Capital Companies) Regulations, 2019, the Company has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on October 26, 2026 at 2:30 PM to consider, among others, audited financial statements of the Company for the year ended June 30, 2026.

ঢাকা স্টক এক্সচেঞ্জ (ক্ষুদ্র মূলধনী কোম্পানি তালিকাভুক্তি) প্রবিধানমালা, ২০১৯-এর ধারা ১৭(১) অনুসারে, কোম্পানি জানিয়েছে যে, অন্যান্য বিষয়ের মধ্যে ৩০ জুন, ২০২৬ তারিখে সমাপ্ত বছরের জন্য কোম্পানির নিরীক্ষিত আর্থিক বিবরণী বিবেচনার জন্য ২৬ অক্টোবর, ২০২৬ তারিখে দুপুর ২:৩০ মিনিটে পরিচালক পর্ষদের একটি সভা অনুষ্ঠিত হবে।

Dhaka Stock Exchange PLC. (DSE) has approved the proposed name change of the Company. Accordingly, the name of the Company will be 'Mostafa Metal Industries PLC.' instead of 'Mostafa Metal Industries Limited' with effect from October 08, 2026. All other information (except the name) will remain unchanged.

ঢাকা স্টক এক্সচেঞ্জ পিএলসি (ডিএসই) কোম্পানির প্রস্তাবিত নাম পরিবর্তন অনুমোদন করেছে। তদনুসারে, আগামী ৮ অক্টোবর, ২০২৬ তারিখ থেকে কোম্পানির নাম 'মোস্তফা মেটাল ইন্ডাস্ট্রিজ লিমিটেড'-এর পরিবর্তে 'মোস্তফা মেটাল ইন্ডাস্ট্রিজ পিএলসি' হবে। নাম ব্যতীত অন্য সকল তথ্য অপরিবর্তিত থাকবে।

The Company has informed that it has disbursed the Cash Dividend for the year ended June 30, 2025 to the respective shareholders.

কোম্পানিটি জানিয়েছে যে, এটি ৩০ জুন, ২০২৫ তারিখে সমাপ্ত বছরের জন্য সংশ্লিষ্ট শেয়ারহোল্ডারদের নগদ লভ্যাংশ প্রদান করেছে।
