As per Regulation 19(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, the Company has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on November 02, 2026 at 5:30 PM to consider, among others, annual audited financial statements of the Company for the year ended June 30, 2026.

The Company has informed that the Board of Directors has appointed Ex. Professor Dr. M. Tamim as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the company in its 797th Board Meeting.
কোম্পানি জানিয়েছে যে, পরিচালনা পর্ষদ তার ৭৯৭তম পর্ষদ সভায় প্রাক্তন অধ্যাপক ড. এম. তামিমকে কোম্পানির পরিচালনা পর্ষদের চেয়ারম্যান হিসেবে নিযুক্ত করেছে।

Dhaka Stock Exchange PLC. (DSE) has approved the proposed name change of the Company. Accordingly, the name of the Company will be 'Meghna Petroleum PLC.' instead of 'Meghna Petroleum Limited' with effect from July 07, 2026. Other information (except name) will remain unchanged.
ঢাকা স্টক এক্সচেঞ্জ পিএলসি (ডিএসই) কোম্পানির প্রস্তাবিত নাম পরিবর্তন অনুমোদন করেছে। তদনুসারে, আগামী ৭ জুলাই, ২০২৬ তারিখ থেকে কোম্পানির নাম 'মেঘনা পেট্রোলিয়াম লিমিটেড'-এর পরিবর্তে 'মেঘনা পেট্রোলিয়াম পিএলসি' হবে। নাম ব্যতীত অন্যান্য তথ্য অপরিবর্তিত থাকবে।
