The Company has further informed that 3,063,632 shares of the Company held by Late Mr. Syed Manzur Elahi, one of the Sponsors of the Company, have been transmitted in equal proportions (50% each) to the BO accounts of his two nominees: (i) Mr. Syed Nasim Manzur (Son), a Director of the Company, and (ii) Ms. Munize Manzur (Daughter), a Sponsor of the Company, by way of nomination as per the news disseminated by DSE on August 25, 2026.

কোম্পানি আরও জানিয়েছে যে, ডিএসই কর্তৃক ২৫ আগস্ট, ২০২৬ তারিখে প্রচারিত সংবাদ অনুসারে, কোম্পানির অন্যতম স্পনসর প্রয়াত জনাব সৈয়দ মনজুর এলাহীর মালিকানাধীন কোম্পানির ৩,০৬৩,৬৩২টি শেয়ার মনোনয়নের মাধ্যমে তাঁর দুইজন মনোনীত ব্যক্তি—(i) কোম্পানির পরিচালক জনাব সৈয়দ নাসিম মনজুর (পুত্র), এবং (ii) কোম্পানির স্পনসর মিস মুনিজ মনজুর (কন্যা), এর বিও অ্যাকাউন্টে সমান অনুপাতে (প্রত্যেকের ৫০%) হস্তান্তর করা হয়েছে।

The company has informed that the Board of Directors in its 337th meeting held on August 25, 2026 has decided to raise Tier-II Capital of the Bank amounting to BDT. 5 Billion (Bangladesh Taka Five Billion) through the issuance of Islamic Shariah-compliant/Conventional Sub-ordinated Bond, with a tenor of 7 year, subject to approval of the relevant Regulatory Authorities.

কোম্পানিটি জানিয়েছে যে, পরিচালক পর্ষদ ২৫ আগস্ট, ২০২৬ তারিখে অনুষ্ঠিত তার ৩৩৭তম সভায় সংশ্লিষ্ট নিয়ন্ত্রক কর্তৃপক্ষের অনুমোদন সাপেক্ষে ৭ বছর মেয়াদী ইসলামিক শরিয়াহ-সম্মত/প্রচলিত অধস্তন বন্ড ইস্যু করার মাধ্যমে ব্যাংকের টিয়ার-২ মূলধন হিসেবে ৫ বিলিয়ন বাংলাদেশি টাকা (পাঁচ বিলিয়ন বাংলাদেশি টাকা) সংগ্রহের সিদ্ধান্ত নিয়েছে।

Referring to their earlier news disseminated by DSE on 23.04.2025, the Company has informed that 3,063,632 shares (out of the remaining 3,774,394 shares) held by Late Mr. Syed Manzur Elahi, one of the Sponsors of the Company, will also be transmitted to the accounts of his nominees: (i) Mr. Syed Nasim Manzur (Son), a Director of the Company, and (ii) Ms. Munize Manzur (Daughter), a Sponsor of the Company, in equal proportions, with each receiving 50% of the shares.

ডিএসই কর্তৃক ২৩.০৪.২০২৫ তারিখে প্রচারিত তাদের পূর্ববর্তী সংবাদের উল্লেখ করে কোম্পানিটি জানিয়েছে যে, কোম্পানির অন্যতম স্পনসর প্রয়াত জনাব সৈয়দ মনজুর এলাহীর মালিকানাধীন ৩,০৬৩,৬৩২টি শেয়ার (অবশিষ্ট ৩,৭৭৪,৩৯৪টি শেয়ারের মধ্যে) তাঁর মনোনীত ব্যক্তিদের অ্যাকাউন্টে সমান অনুপাতে হস্তান্তর করা হবে: (i) কোম্পানির পরিচালক জনাব সৈয়দ নাসিম মনজুর (পুত্র), এবং (ii) কোম্পানির স্পনসর মিস মুনিজ মনজুর (কন্যা), যেখানে প্রত্যেকে শেয়ারের ৫০% করে পাবেন।
