Credit Rating Information and Services Limited (CRISL) has assigned the company as "AA-" in the long term and "ST-2" in the short term along with Stable outlook in consideration of its audited financials up to December 31, 2025 also unaudited financials up to June 30, 2026 and other relevant quantitative as well as qualitative information up to the date of rating declaration.

United Commercial Bank PLC, a Corporate Sponsor of the company, has expressed intention to sell its entire holding of 563,562 shares of the company at prevailing market price in the Public Market through Dhaka Stock Exchange PLC. (DSE) within next 30 working days.
