As per Regulation 17(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing of Small Capital Companies) Regulations, 2019, the Company has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on October 28, 2026 at 4:30 PM to consider, among others, annual audited financial statements of the Company for the year ended June 30, 2026.
