As per Regulation 17(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing of Small Capital Companies) Regulations, 2019, the Company has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on October 27, 2026 at 3:30 PM to consider, among others, annual audited financial statements of the Company for the year ended June 30, 2026.

ঢাকা স্টক এক্সচেঞ্জ (ক্ষুদ্র মূলধনী কোম্পানি তালিকাভুক্তি) প্রবিধানমালা, ২০১৯-এর ধারা ১৭(১) অনুসারে, কোম্পানি জানিয়েছে যে, অন্যান্য বিষয়ের মধ্যে ৩০ জুন, ২০২৬ তারিখে সমাপ্ত বছরের জন্য কোম্পানির বার্ষিক নিরীক্ষিত আর্থিক বিবরণী বিবেচনার জন্য ২৭ অক্টোবর, ২০২৬ তারিখে বিকাল ৩:৩০ মিনিটে পরিচালক পর্ষদের একটি সভা অনুষ্ঠিত হবে।

The Company has informed that it has disbursed the Cash Dividend for the year ended June 30, 2024 to the respective shareholders.

কোম্পানিটি জানিয়েছে যে, এটি ৩০ জুন, ২০২৪ তারিখে সমাপ্ত বছরের জন্য সংশ্লিষ্ট শেয়ারহোল্ডারদের নগদ লভ্যাংশ প্রদান করেছে।

Mr. M Azhar Rahman, Managing Director of the Company, has expressed his intention to sell 60,00,000 shares out of his total holding of 12,905,000 shares of the Company at the prevailing market price in the Block Market through Dhaka Stock Exchange PLC. (DSE) within April 30, 2026.

কোম্পানির ব্যবস্থাপনা পরিচালক জনাব এম আজহার রহমান, আগামী ৩০ এপ্রিল, ২০২৬ তারিখের মধ্যে ঢাকা স্টক এক্সচেঞ্জ পিএলসি (ডিএসই)-এর মাধ্যমে ব্লক মার্কেটে প্রচলিত বাজার মূল্যে কোম্পানিতে থাকা তার মোট ১,২৯,০৫,০০০ শেয়ার থেকে ৬০,০০,০০০ শেয়ার বিক্রি করার ইচ্ছা প্রকাশ করেছেন।
