Pubali Bank PLC. has informed that a meeting of the Trustee of Pubali Bank Perpetual Bond will be held on August 18, 2026 at 3:00 PM to declare the Record Date for the coupon payment to be made on September 23, 2026 for the period from March 23, 2026 to September 22, 2026.

পূবালী ব্যাংক পিএলসি জানিয়েছে যে, ২৩শে মার্চ, ২০২৬ থেকে ২২শে সেপ্টেম্বর, ২০২৬ পর্যন্ত সময়কালের জন্য ২৩শে সেপ্টেম্বর, ২০২৬ তারিখে প্রদেয় কুপন পরিশোধের রেকর্ড তারিখ ঘোষণা করার উদ্দেশ্যে পূবালী ব্যাংক পারপেচুয়াল বন্ডের ট্রাস্টিদের একটি সভা ১৮ই আগস্ট, ২০২৬ তারিখে বিকাল ৩:০০ ঘটিকায় অনুষ্ঠিত হবে।

The issuer of Pubali Bank Perpetual Bond has informed that they have transferred the semi-annual coupon amount to the respective bondholders for the period from September 23, 2025 to March 22, 2026.

পূবালী ব্যাংক পারপেচুয়াল বন্ডের ইস্যুকারী জানিয়েছে যে, তারা ২৩ সেপ্টেম্বর, ২০২৫ থেকে ২২ মার্চ, ২০২৬ পর্যন্ত সময়কালের জন্য সংশ্লিষ্ট বন্ডধারীদেরকে অর্ধ-বার্ষিক কুপনের অর্থ স্থানান্তর করেছে।

There will be no price limit on the trading of the Pubali Bank Perpetual Bond today (12.03.2026) following its corporate declaration.

কর্পোরেট ঘোষণার পর আজ (১২.০৩.২০২৬) পূবালী ব্যাংক পারপেচুয়াল বন্ডের লেনদেনের উপর কোনও মূল্য সীমা থাকবে না।
