The Company has further informed that Ms. Nahreen Yeahea, a Sponsor Directors of the Company, has received a total of 101,652 shares (including 2,960 bonus shares) from her deceased spouse, Abu Naser Md. Yeahea, as one of the legal heirs, in accordance with the Succession Certificate issued by the Hon'ble Court, as per the news disseminated by DSE on June 28, 2026.

কোম্পানি আরও জানিয়েছে যে, ডিএসই কর্তৃক ২৮ জুন, ২০২৬ তারিখে প্রচারিত সংবাদ অনুযায়ী, কোম্পানির একজন স্পনসর ডিরেক্টর মিসেস নাহরীন ইয়েহিয়া, মাননীয় আদালত কর্তৃক ইস্যুকৃত উত্তরাধিকার সনদ অনুসারে, অন্যতম আইনানুগ উত্তরাধিকারী হিসেবে তাঁর প্রয়াত স্বামী আবু নাসের মোঃ ইয়েহিয়ার কাছ থেকে মোট ১০১,৬৫২টি শেয়ার (যার মধ্যে ২,৯৬০টি বোনাস শেয়ার রয়েছে) পেয়েছেন।

National Credit Ratings Limited (NCR) has assigned Surveillance entity rating of the Company as "AAA" in the long term and "ST-1" in the short term along with Stable outlook based on audited financial statements as on December 31, 2025.

ন্যাশনাল ক্রেডিট রেটিংস লিমিটেড (এনসিআর) ৩১ ডিসেম্বর, ২০২৫ তারিখের নিরীক্ষিত আর্থিক বিবরণীর উপর ভিত্তি করে কোম্পানিটিকে দীর্ঘমেয়াদে "AAA" এবং স্বল্পমেয়াদে "ST-1" সারভেইল্যান্স এনটিটি রেটিং প্রদান করেছে এবং এর আউটলুক স্থিতিশীল (Stable)।
