The company has informed that the Board of Directors of the company in its 1533rd Board Meeting held on 09.09.2026 took the following decisions subject to approval from the shareholders in the ensuing 7th Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) as well as from Bangladesh Bank: 1. To increase the Authorized Capital of the Bank from Tk. 2,000.00 Crore, divided into 200,00,00,000 Ordinary Shares of Tk. 10.00 each, to Tk. 4,000.00 Crore, divided into 400,00,00,000 Ordinary Shares of Tk. 10.00 each.
