As per Regulation 19(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, the Company has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on October 26, 2026 at 2:35 PM to consider, among others, annual audited financial statements of the Company for the year ended June 30, 2026.
