Southeast Bank PLC. has informed that a meeting of the Trustee of Southeast Bank 1st Perpetual Bond will be held on August 10, 2026 at 3:00 PM to determine the "Record Date" for entitlement of the 5th semi-annual coupon payment (Public Portion) of the said Bond. The coupon payment period is from March 11, 2026 to September 10, 2026, and the coupon payment will fall due on September 11, 2026.

সাউথইস্ট ব্যাংক পিএলসি জানিয়েছে যে, উক্ত বন্ডের ৫ম অর্ধ-বার্ষিক কুপন পেমেন্ট (পাবলিক অংশ) পাওয়ার যোগ্যতার জন্য "রেকর্ড ডেট" নির্ধারণ করতে সাউথইস্ট ব্যাংক ১ম পারপেচুয়াল বন্ডের ট্রাস্টির একটি সভা ১০ আগস্ট, ২০২৬ তারিখে বিকাল ৩:০০ ঘটিকায় অনুষ্ঠিত হবে। কুপন পেমেন্টের সময়কাল ১১ মার্চ, ২০২৬ থেকে ১০ সেপ্টেম্বর, ২০২৬ পর্যন্ত এবং কুপন পেমেন্টটি ১১ সেপ্টেম্বর, ২০২৬ তারিখে প্রদেয় হবে।

Emerging Credit Rating Limited (ECRL) has assigned Surveillance rating to the Bond as "A+" in the long term along with a Stable outlook based on audited financial statements up to December 31, 2025 and other relevant quantitative as well as qualitative information up to the date of rating.

The issuer of Southeast Bank 1st Perpetual Bond has informed that they have transferred the semi-annual coupon amount to the respective bondholders for the period from September 11, 2025 to March 10, 2026.
