Emerging Credit Rating Limited (ECRL) has assigned Initial rating of the Company as "AA" in the long term and "ST-2" in the short term along with a Positive outlook based on audited financial statements up to December 31, 2025 along with unaudited financial statements up to June 30, 2026 and other relevant quantitative as well as qualitative information up to the date of rating.

ইমার্জিং ক্রেডিট রেটিং লিমিটেড (ECRL) ৩১ ডিসেম্বর, ২০২৫ পর্যন্ত নিরীক্ষিত আর্থিক বিবরণী, ৩০ জুন, ২০২৬ পর্যন্ত অনিরীক্ষিত আর্থিক বিবরণী এবং রেটিং প্রদানের তারিখ পর্যন্ত অন্যান্য প্রাসঙ্গিক পরিমাণগত ও গুণগত তথ্যের উপর ভিত্তি করে কোম্পানিটিকে দীর্ঘমেয়াদে "AA" এবং স্বল্পমেয়াদে "ST-2" প্রাথমিক রেটিং প্রদান করেছে এবং এর সাথে একটি ইতিবাচক দৃষ্টিভঙ্গিও যুক্ত করেছে।

Mr. Iftekhar Azim Ahmed, a Sponsor of the company, has expressed his intention to transfer 130,000 shares of the company to his son Mr. Saleh Ahmed, a general shareholder of the Company, by way of gift outside the trading system of the Exchange within the next thirty working days with effect from August 17, 2026.

কোম্পানির একজন স্পনসর জনাব ইফতেখার আজিম আহমেদ, আগামী ত্রিশ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে এবং ২০২৬ সালের ১৭ই আগস্ট থেকে কার্যকরভাবে, এক্সচেঞ্জের ট্রেডিং সিস্টেমের বাইরে উপহার হিসেবে কোম্পানির ১,৩০,০০০টি শেয়ার তাঁর পুত্র ও কোম্পানির একজন সাধারণ শেয়ারহোল্ডার জনাব সালেহ আহমেদের কাছে হস্তান্তর করার অভিপ্রায় ব্যক্ত করেছেন।

The Company has informed that it has credited the Bonus Shares to the respective shareholders' BO Accounts and it has also disbursed the Cash Dividend to the respective shareholders for the year ended December 31, 2025.

কোম্পানি জানিয়েছে যে, এটি সংশ্লিষ্ট শেয়ারহোল্ডারদের বিও অ্যাকাউন্টে বোনাস শেয়ার জমা করেছে এবং ৩১ ডিসেম্বর, ২০২৫ তারিখে সমাপ্ত বছরের জন্য সংশ্লিষ্ট শেয়ারহোল্ডারদের নগদ লভ্যাংশও বিতরণ করেছে।
