As per Regulation 16(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, the Company has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on November 05, 2026 at 3:00 PM to consider, among others, Un-Audited Financial Statements for the First Quarter (Q1) period ended March 31, 2026; Second Quarter (Q2) period ended June 30, 2026 and Third Quarter (Q3) period ended September 30, 2026.

ঢাকা স্টক এক্সচেঞ্জ (লিস্টিং) রেগুলেশন, 2015 এর রেগুলেশন 16(1) অনুসারে, কোম্পানি জানিয়েছে যে পরিচালনা পর্ষদের একটি সভা 05 নভেম্বর, 2026 তারিখে বিকাল 3:00 টায় অনুষ্ঠিত হবে, যেখানে অন্যান্য বিষয়ের মধ্যে 31 মার্চ, 2026 তারিখে সমাপ্ত প্রথম ত্রৈমাসিক (Q1); 30 জুন, 2026 তারিখে সমাপ্ত দ্বিতীয় ত্রৈমাসিক (Q2) এবং 30 সেপ্টেম্বর, 2026 তারিখে সমাপ্ত তৃতীয় ত্রৈমাসিক (Q3) এর অনিরীক্ষিত আর্থিক বিবরণী বিবেচনা করা হবে।

As per Regulation 19(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, the Company has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on November 05, 2026 at 3:00 PM to consider, among others, annual audited financial statements of the Company for the year ended December 31, 2025.

ঢাকা স্টক এক্সচেঞ্জ (লিস্টিং) রেগুলেশন, 2015 এর 19(1) ধারা অনুসারে, কোম্পানি জানিয়েছে যে 31 ডিসেম্বর, 2025 তারিখে সমাপ্ত বছরের জন্য কোম্পানির বার্ষিক নিরীক্ষিত আর্থিক বিবরণী বিবেচনার জন্য 05 নভেম্বর, 2026 তারিখে বিকাল 3:00 টায় পরিচালক পর্ষদের একটি সভা অনুষ্ঠিত হবে।

Dhaka Stock Exchange PLC. (DSE) has approved the proposed name change of the Company. Accordingly, the name of the Company will be 'Trust Islami Life Insurance PLC.' instead of 'Trust Islami Life Insurance Limited' with effect from April 26, 2026. Other information (except name) will remain unchanged.

ঢাকা স্টক এক্সচেঞ্জ পিএলসি (ডিএসই) কোম্পানিটির প্রস্তাবিত নাম পরিবর্তন অনুমোদন করেছে। তদনুসারে, আগামী ২৬ এপ্রিল, ২০২৬ তারিখ থেকে কোম্পানিটির নাম 'ট্রাস্ট ইসলামী লাইফ ইন্স্যুরেন্স লিমিটেড'-এর পরিবর্তে 'ট্রাস্ট ইসলামী লাইফ ইন্স্যুরেন্স পিএলসি' হবে। নাম ব্যতীত অন্যান্য তথ্য অপরিবর্তিত থাকবে।
