The Board of Directors has approved, in principle, an unsecured intercompany loan facility of up to BDT 150 crore in favor of Unilever Bangladesh Limited (UBL), a related party, for working capital support. The facility will be available for 24 months, with individual drawdowns of up to 6 months, and will be extended on arm's-length terms.

The Board of Directors has resolved to appoint Mr. Md. Ruhul Quddus Khan as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company for a tenure of three years, effective from 28 July 2026. The Board of Directors has also resolved to appoint Mr. Samsuddoha Nayeem as the Head of Finance and Ms. Sharmin Akter as the Company Secretary of the Company.
