Refer to their earlier news disseminated by DSE on August 13, 2026 regarding disbursement of proceeds on winding up of the Fund, the company has further informed that the proceeds on winding up of the Fund were disbursed to the Unitholders on August 06, 2026, instead of August 06, 2025, as previously disseminated.

ফান্ড অবসায়ন সংক্রান্ত অর্থ বিতরণ বিষয়ে ডিএসই কর্তৃক ১৩ই আগস্ট, ২০২৬ তারিখে প্রচারিত তাদের পূর্ববর্তী সংবাদের প্রসঙ্গে, কোম্পানিটি আরও জানিয়েছে যে, পূর্বে প্রচারিত ০৬ই আগস্ট, ২০২৫ তারিখের পরিবর্তে, ফান্ড অবসায়ন সংক্রান্ত অর্থ ইউনিটহোল্ডারদের ০৬ই আগস্ট, ২০২৬ তারিখে বিতরণ করা হয়েছে।

Bangladesh General Insurance Company (BGIC) PLC as the Trustee of Vanguard AML BD Finance Mutual Fund One has informed that the proceeds on winding up of the Fund have been disbursed to the Unitholders on August 06, 2025 to their respective Bank Accounts through BEFTN/Bank Transfer as per CDBL, record. All unitholders are hereby informed that taxes applicable, if any, on the disbursements made shall be their own responsibility.

ভ্যানগার্ড এএমএল বিডি ফাইন্যান্স মিউচুয়াল ফান্ড ওয়ান-এর ট্রাস্টি হিসেবে বাংলাদেশ জেনারেল ইন্স্যুরেন্স কোম্পানি (বিজিআইসি) পিএলসি জানিয়েছে যে, ফান্ডটি অবসায়নের ফলে প্রাপ্ত অর্থ সিডিবিবিএল-এর রেকর্ড অনুযায়ী ০৬ আগস্ট, ২০০৫ তারিখে বিইএফটিএন ব্যাংক ট্রান্সফারের মাধ্যমে ইউনিটহোল্ডারদের নিজ নিজ ব্যাংক অ্যাকাউন্টে বিতরণ করা হয়েছে। সকল ইউনিটহোল্ডারকে এতদ্বারা জানানো হচ্ছে যে, প্রদত্ত অর্থের উপর প্রযোজ্য কোনো কর থাকলে, তার দায়ভার তাদের নিজেদেরই বহন করতে হবে।

The Trustee of the Fund has informed that Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission vide its letter No. BSEC/MF & SPV/MF-109/2013/(vi)/265 dated July 27, 2026 has approved the Valuation Report of Vanguard AML BD Finance Mutual Fund One. As per Valuation Report of the said Fund, the Net Asset Value per Unit is Tk. 8.7224.

ফান্ডের ট্রাস্টি জানিয়েছেন যে, বাংলাদেশ সিকিউরিটিজ অ্যান্ড এক্সচেঞ্জ কমিশন তার ২৭ জুলাই, ২০২৬ তারিখের বিএসইসি/এমএফ & এসপিভি/এমএফ-১০৯/২০১৩/(vi)/২৬৫ নং পত্রের মাধ্যমে ভ্যানগার্ড এএমএল বিডি ফাইন্যান্স মিউচুয়াল ফান্ড ওয়ান-এর মূল্যায়ন প্রতিবেদন অনুমোদন করেছে। উক্ত ফান্ডের মূল্যায়ন প্রতিবেদন অনুযায়ী, প্রতি ইউনিটের নিট সম্পদ মূল্য হলো ৮.৭২২৪ টাকা।
