The Company has informed that the Board of Directors in its meeting held on 26 October 2026 has approved the revaluation of Property, Plant & Equipment (Except Furniture & Fixture) of The ACME Laboratories Ltd. conducted by an Independent valuer M/s. M M Rahman & Co., Chartered Accountants. Due to revaluation, as at 30 June 2026, value of Property, Plant & Equipment has increased by a net of BDT 803,193,206 (value appreciated by BDT 812,869,698 and value impaired by BDT (9,676,492)).
