His holding of 8,574,000 shares of the Company will be transmitted to his nominees by way of nomination as follows: Ms. Tasneem Sinha, daughter of late Mr. Mizanur Rahman Sinha and Deputy Managing Director of the Company will receive 4,287,000 shares. Mr. Tanveer Sinha, son of late Mr. Mizanur Rahman Sinha and Director of the Company will receive 4,287,000 shares.
