Refer to their earlier news disseminated by DSE regarding holding of Special General Meeting of the Fund, the Trustee of the Fund has further informed that the schedule of the Special General Meeting (SGM) of the unit holders of CAPM BDBL Mutual Fund-01 has been revised. The revised SGM schedule is as follows: Date: 07 October 2026; Time: 11:00 AM; Venue: RAOWA Convention Hall, Hall-03 (Eagle), VIP Road, Mohakhali DOHS, Dhaka-1206.

ফান্ডের বিশেষ সাধারণ সভা আয়োজন সংক্রান্ত ডিএসই কর্তৃক প্রচারিত পূর্ববর্তী সংবাদের পরিপ্রেক্ষিতে, ফান্ডের ট্রাস্টি আরও জানিয়েছেন যে, সিএপিএম বিডিবিএল মিউচুয়াল ফান্ড-০১-এর ইউনিট হোল্ডারদের বিশেষ সাধারণ সভার (এসজিএম) সময়সূচি সংশোধন করা হয়েছে। সংশোধিত এসজিএম সময়সূচি নিম্নরূপ: তারিখ: ০৭ অক্টোবর ২০২৬; সময়: সকাল ১১:০০; স্থান: রাওওয়া কনভেনশন হল, হল-০৩ (ঈগল), ভিআইপি রোড, মহাখালী ডিওএইচএস, ঢাকা-১২০৬।

On the close of operation on 14-Sep-2026, the Fund has reported Net Asset Value (NAV) of Tk. 8.62 per unit on the basis of current market price and Tk. 10.92 per unit on the basis of cost price against face value of Tk. 10.00 whereas total Net Assets of the Fund stood at Tk. 432,111,782.41 on the basis of current market price and Tk. 547,588,035.01 on the basis of cost price after considering all assets and liabilities of the Fund.

১৪-সেপ্টেম্বর-২০২৬ তারিখে কার্যক্রম সমাপ্তিতে, ফান্ডটি ১০.০০ টাকা অভিহিত মূল্যের বিপরীতে বর্তমান বাজার মূল্যের ভিত্তিতে প্রতি ইউনিটে ৮.৬২ টাকা এবং ক্রয়মূল্যের ভিত্তিতে প্রতি ইউনিটে ১০.৯২ টাকা নিট সম্পদ মূল্য (NAV) রিপোর্ট করেছে, যেখানে ফান্ডের সমস্ত সম্পদ ও দায় বিবেচনা করার পর ফান্ডটির মোট নিট সম্পদ বর্তমান বাজার মূল্যের ভিত্তিতে ৪৩২,১১১,৭৮২.৪১ টাকা এবং ক্রয়মূল্যের ভিত্তিতে ৫৪৭,৫৮৮,০৩৫.০১ টাকায় দাঁড়িয়েছে।

Trading of the units of the fund will remain suspended on record date i.e., 15.09.2026 for Special General Meeting. The Trustee of the Fund has also informed that the trading in the units of the Fund on the Stock Exchanges shall remain suspended from the Record Date until further notice or as otherwise communicated by the Fund.

বিশেষ সাধারণ সভার জন্য রেকর্ড তারিখ অর্থাৎ ১৫.০৯.২০২৬ তারিখে ফান্ডের ইউনিটগুলির লেনদেন স্থগিত থাকবে। ফান্ডের ট্রাস্টি আরও জানিয়েছেন যে, রেকর্ড তারিখ থেকে পরবর্তী বিজ্ঞপ্তি না দেওয়া পর্যন্ত অথবা ফান্ড কর্তৃক অন্য কোনোভাবে জানানো না হওয়া পর্যন্ত স্টক এক্সচেঞ্জে ফান্ডের ইউনিটগুলির লেনদেন স্থগিত থাকবে।
