As per Regulation 16(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, the Company has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on November 12, 2026 at 2:30 PM to consider, among others, Un-Audited Financial Statements for the First Quarter (Q1) period ended September 30, 2026.

ঢাকা স্টক এক্সচেঞ্জ (লিস্টিং) রেগুলেশন, 2015 এর রেগুলেশন 16(1) অনুসারে, কোম্পানি জানিয়েছে যে 30 সেপ্টেম্বর, 2026 তারিখে সমাপ্ত প্রথম ত্রৈমাসিক (Q1) সময়ের অনিরীক্ষিত আর্থিক বিবরণী বিবেচনার জন্য 12 নভেম্বর, 2026 তারিখে বিকাল 2:30 টায় পরিচালক পর্ষদের একটি সভা অনুষ্ঠিত হবে।

Trading of the shares of the company will resume on 05-Nov-2026.

কোম্পানির শেয়ার লেনদেন ০৫-নভেম্বর-২০২৬ তারিখে পুনরায় শুরু হবে।

Trading of the shares of the company will remain suspended on record date i.e., 04-Nov-2026.

রেকর্ড তারিখ অর্থাৎ ০৪-নভেম্বর-২০২৬ তারিখে কোম্পানির শেয়ার লেনদেন স্থগিত থাকবে।
