Mr. Munir Mubarak Ali, a Director of the Company, has expressed his intention to transfer 1,839,658 shares of the Company to his sisters: (i) Ms. Nasreen Mehboob Ali, a General Shareholder of the Company - 919,829 shares; and (ii) Ms. Shamsha N. Hashwani, also a General Shareholder of the Company - 919,829 shares, by way of gift outside the trading system of the Exchange within the next thirty working days with effect from October 27, 2026.

The Board of Directors of the company in its meeting held on Monday, October 12, 2026 has decided to purchase total 32.87 decimals land under Mouza: Changain, Kanchpur, Police Station: Sonargoan and District: Narayangonj in the name of Olympic Industries PLC. at an agreed total price of Tk. 1,15,04,500/- (Taka one crore fifteen lac four thousand five hundred) (cont.)
