As per Regulation 17(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing of Small Capital Companies) Regulations, 2019, the Company has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on October 28, 2026 at 3:00 PM to consider, among others, audited financial statements of the Company for the year ended June 30, 2026.
ঢাকা স্টক এক্সচেঞ্জ (ক্ষুদ্র মূলধনী কোম্পানি তালিকাভুক্তি) প্রবিধানমালা, ২০১৯-এর ধারা ১৭(১) অনুসারে, কোম্পানি জানিয়েছে যে, অন্যান্য বিষয়ের মধ্যে ৩০ জুন, ২০২৬ তারিখে সমাপ্ত বছরের জন্য কোম্পানির নিরীক্ষিত আর্থিক বিবরণী বিবেচনার জন্য ২৮ অক্টোবর, ২০২৬ তারিখে বিকাল ৩:০০ ঘটিকায় পরিচালক পর্ষদের একটি সভা অনুষ্ঠিত হবে।
