The company has informed that the Board of Directors of United Ashuganj Energy Ltd. (UAEL), which is a 92.407% (37,00,40,901 number of shares) owned subsidiary of United Power Generation & Distribution Company Ltd. (UPGDCL) has declared Cash Dividend @60% or Tk. 6.00 per share, based on the audited Financial Statements for the year ended June 30, 2026.
