Referring to their earlier news disseminated by DSE on 25.08.2026, the company has further informed that the Board of Directors of the Bank, at its meeting held on 29 September 2026, has decided to cancel the EGM scheduled to be held on 04 October 2026 at 3:00 p.m. Accordingly, the EGM scheduled to be held on 04 October 2026 at 3:00 p.m. shall not be held.
