The company has informed that the Board of Directors of the company in its meeting held on 30th September, 2026 has decided to valuation of the Property, Plant and Equipment ("PPE") including land and buildings as at 30 June 2026 to determine the current fair market value of these assets and to appropriately reflect their value in the financial statements of the company in accordance with the International Valuation Standards (IVS), BAS, BFRS and in compliance with the (cont.1)
