As per Regulation 16(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, the Company has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on August 27, 2026 at 5:30 pm to consider, among others, Un-Audited Financial Statements for the First Quarter (Q1) period ended September 30, 2025, Second Quarter (Q2) period ended December 31, 2025 and Third Quarter (Q3) period ended March 31, 2026.
ঢাকা স্টক এক্সচেঞ্জ (লিস্টিং) রেগুলেশন, 2015 এর রেগুলেশন 16(1) অনুসারে, কোম্পানি জানিয়েছে যে পরিচালনা পর্ষদের একটি সভা 27 আগস্ট, 2026 তারিখে বিকাল 5:30 মিনিটে অনুষ্ঠিত হবে, যেখানে অন্যান্য বিষয়ের মধ্যে 30 সেপ্টেম্বর, 2025 তারিখে সমাপ্ত প্রথম ত্রৈমাসিক (Q1), 31 ডিসেম্বর, 2025 তারিখে সমাপ্ত দ্বিতীয় ত্রৈমাসিক (Q2) এবং 31 মার্চ, 2026 তারিখে সমাপ্ত তৃতীয় ত্রৈমাসিক (Q3) এর অনিরীক্ষিত আর্থিক বিবরণী বিবেচনা করা হবে।
