The Company has informed that Engineer Mosharraf Hossain, one of the Sponsors of the Company, passed away on 13.05.2026. His holdings of 8,903,016 shares of the Company will be transmitted to the account of his nominee, Mrs. Ayesha Sultana (Wife of late Engineer Mosharraf Hossain), a Sponsor Director of the Company by way of nomination.
কোম্পানি জানিয়েছে যে, কোম্পানির অন্যতম পৃষ্ঠপোষক ইঞ্জিনিয়ার মোশাররফ হোসেন গত ১৩.০৫.২০২৬ তারিখে মৃত্যুবরণ করেছেন। মনোনয়নের মাধ্যমে তাঁর মালিকানাধীন কোম্পানির ৮,৯০৩,০১৬টি শেয়ার তাঁর মনোনীত ব্যক্তি, কোম্পানির পৃষ্ঠপোষক পরিচালক শ্রীমতী আয়েশা সুলতানার (মরহুম ইঞ্জিনিয়ার মোশাররফ হোসেনের স্ত্রী) অ্যাকাউন্টে হস্তান্তর করা হবে।
