The company has informed that Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC) has given consent vide letter dated September 30, 2026, to issue Unsecured, Non-Convertible, Fully Redeemable, Floating Rate Bank Asia Sustainable Subordinated Bond amounting to BDT 800.00 crore (Eight Hundred Crore Taka) with a face value of BDT 10,00,000 (Ten Lakh Taka) per bond and a tenure of 07 years through private placement.
